Elena Bergamini: Joint Ph.D. in Biongineering and Biomécanique et Ingénierie pour la Santé at the University of Bologna (Italy) and Arts et Métiers ParisTech (France). Currently Assistant Professor (RTD-B) at the University of Rome “Foro Italico”. Her research concerns the development/application of methods for the quantification of persons’ motor function, both in clinical and sports contexts, with particular reference to the use of wearable magneto-inertial sensors. Author of 19 articles in international peer-reviewed journals, academic editor for PlosOne and Frontiers in Sports and Active Living. Member of international and national scientific societies; secretary of the Directory Board of SIAMOC.
